I have three stories written that are so boring, they put me to sleep. I’m starting over.
Mostly, I want to get the last post off my main page. It’s been staring back at me for too long
(sidebar) love what’s growing in the garden right now.
While I’m here, hopefully whoever keeps leaving messages at sites like classmates.com and myspace will catch this. I don’t subscribe to either & cannot access the messages.
I’m on facebook, listed as Suzi Kressler if you’d like to send a message there.
Meantime, I’ll chew on potential content for the titles of stories that are pestering me to write about. Titles aren’t worth much without a story attached.
It’s been an eventful year, so eventful in fact, that it’s distracting me from writing. Just for the record, I am not a professional writer, I merely have stories I like to share. Everyone has a story.
I’m not finished but the food that’s cooking for dinner is.
I’ll keep coming back as I can. I have no specific agenda here; we’ll call this rambling for now until something pops up.
Till then…. gone fishing.
Picture from my office window. Waiting patiently (that is such a lie!) I cannot wait for the first cool, cloudy day. Hottest September in decades.

“Meantime, I’ll chew on potential content for the titles of stories that are pestering me to write about. ” .. I may leave you some suggestions xx If that’s OK!
Do you get titles before a story or as you write? Does the title keep you focused on content… or does the content lead to a title?
I love that you chose to “ramble” for us to read – so I will take your lead and ramble in a comment ..
I would love to write, but the words escape me! Bo
Bo, it’s more like musing about a something; that leads to a title. The title can change anytime. It’s just fun to think about when you’re not writing. That part is easy. FYI- nothing keeps me focused on one thing, not even a title, never has, never will. Not a helpful trait for writing.
What is difficult for me, at least lately and you know why… are two things: I over-share & I waste a lot of time writing what ends up being deleted. Right now, my patience, even with our dandy delete button is too much.
All my stories have melded into one big bucket of blur.
You say you would love to write? Write. You’ll surprise yourself. Like I said, we all have a story, many stories. I’ve heard some of yours. I know I’m not the only one who would appreciate hearing them.
Just write like you talk on the phone… that’s writing.
Real stories keep us all connected.
Whatever it is… and not all stories have pretty endings. People who want only that read fairytales.
Suggestions you say? Bring em on! Thanks for showing up.
